Inside this program, you’ll get monthly access to expert guidance through live video calls designed specifically for occupational therapists supporting autistic individuals. Whether you're joining us for 1:1 sessions or opting for group mentorship, you'll be met with collaborative energy, personalized support, and space to grow both clinically and personally.

1:1 calls are completely tailored to your learning style and goals. We’ll dive into whatever is most relevant—case examples, treatment strategies, navigating hard conversations with caregivers or colleagues, or personal mindset shifts. Each session ends with a clear set of action steps to carry you through the next month.

Group calls offer a dynamic, peer-led experience. At the start of each call, participants submit their current questions or challenges, which guide the flow of conversation. You’ll gain multiple perspectives on similar themes and walk away with new ideas, deeper clarity, and a sense of connection to others doing this work. While formal action planning isn’t built into these sessions, we encourage you to reflect and share your next steps in our mentorship community for accountability.

Frequently Asked Questions

    • Monthly meetings happen via a video platform either 1:1 with your mentor or in a group setting.

    • 1:1 calls are discussion based and structured to your learning style. Case examples, treatment ideas, handling challenging situations with parents/caregivers and/or supervisors/bosses/other disciplines, and personal development are all areas of potential discussion. The final 5-10 minutes of each call will be dedicated to planning of action steps for the next 4 weeks.

    • Group call are structured by topics of concern brought up by you i and other OTs in the meeting chat within the first 5 minutes of the call, then discussed as a group in the order they were brought up. Often times very similar subjects or case examples come up and are discussed in collaborative ways. Gaining multiple perspectives and ideas. Group calls do not include planning of action steps for next 4 weeks, and instead this is encouraged to be done independently immediately following the call and sharing in the community for accountability. 

  • OT Level Up Mentorship is a monthly subscription with no commitment contracts, so you’re in control of when you need support and when you need time to invest elsewhere. Membership investments are charged on the 1st of the month. Once charged for any given month, you cannot cancel that month. Instead you will have access for the given month and can notify us of wanting to pause or cancel your membership for the coming month. As long as we know one full business day (24 hours M-F) prior to the 1st of the month that you are looking to pause/cancel, we will honor your request. 

  • Our monthly membership is the most robust and value packed option. If you decide to commit yourself to other self-development work outside of this, we fully support that! We offer a la carte add on's for the following, as noted above:

    • Downloadable resource library access

    • Community access only
