Hi, I’m Amy Williams

MEET YOUR OT

Amy Williams, M.S., OTR/L

As a clinician, I presume competence and strive to be an advocate and a reliable support system for individuals and families I serve to reach their personal goals and thrive in daily activities.

Hi there! I’m Amy, a pediatric occupational therapist originally from Baltimore, Maryland. I’m passionate about working with neurodivergent populations and practicing neurodiversity-affirming approaches. My experience comes from a wide variety of settings, including, but not limited to, outpatient sensory integration clinics, summer camps for children with life-threatening diagnoses, private schools dedicated to neurodivergent learning, and pediatric hospitals. I’m also passionate about working in Early Intervention (0-3 years old) to support developmental milestones.

As a NASM-certified personal trainer and a lifelong yogi at heart, I believe movement is foundational to both physical and mental well-being across the lifespan. I look forward to working alongside individuals and families, supporting growth every step of the way!

Hobbies & Personal Interests

Whether it’s flowing through a yoga session, hitting the trails for a hike, or trying out a new workout class, I love staying active and exploring new ways to move. When I’m not outdoors soaking up the sunshine—skiing, camping, or just enjoying nature—you’ll likely find me painting, reading, or listening to an audiobook. And when football season rolls around, you can bet I’m cheering on the Baltimore Ravens!
