Hi, I’m Jessica Jordan
MEET YOUR OT
Jessica Jordan, M.S., OTR/L
I Believe All Movement Is Medicine, and a powerful tool for healing, growth, and connection.
Hey there, I’m Jess! I am originally an east coaster who gravitated out west after graduating with my Masters in Occupational Therapy in 2016 from Stony Brook University in New York when my husband was on active duty in the Coast Guard.
I’ve worked and learned in a variety of settings, including but not limited to the school system for over 7 years, motor coaching camps and opportunities, a sensory clinic, an outpatient clinic, after-school programs, acute inpatient settings, and a hand therapy clinic. My unique and diverse background has only strengthened after becoming a mother to two beautiful girls, adding to my already two fur babies (Benji and Bails). I strive to incorporate a holistic, kindness-focused, and child-centered approach into all sessions, consultations, and collaborations with your families and any teams I work with.

Hobbies & Personal Interests
I love spending time with my husband and kids—whether we’re out exploring, soaking up nature, or just enjoying the little moments together. Moving my body through yoga and exercise keeps me grounded—I truly believe all movement is medicine! I’ll never say no to time with friends, family, or a sweet animal that needs some love. I also get way too much joy from cleaning and organizing (yes, really!). And if there’s a warm drink in my hand—coffee, tea, hot cocoa—you know I’m in my happy place. That’s exactly why we started our Mugs & Mornings series on Instagram!
